Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Incident Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating mechanisms and processes for SLAs based on impact and urgency matrix
  • Evaluating and maintaining a single intake process for Incidents and request fulfillment queues
  • Defining workflow and triage/escalation paths

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years' of Incident management experience within a fast growing technology company
  • Direct experience managing day to day and training related to ITSM solution and processes
  • Strong prioritization and problem solving skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to work cross functionally
