Job Summary
A banking and financial services firm is in need of a Remote Incident Management Service Management Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to engagement needs via calls into Incident hotline
- Facilitating teleconferences to drive to service restoration
- Advocating for continuous operational improvement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
- ITIL Foundation Certification – strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management-Service Support
- Ability to communicate at all levels
