Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Incident Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing corrective actions owners and desired outcomes
- Leading, managing, documenting and communicating incident reports and post incident reports
- Managing preparedness and response for any crisis that may arise
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel Requirements Under 10%
- Bachelor of Science degree qualifications in engineering, IT, telecommunications, or comp sci
- Candidate must have 4+ years of experience
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
