A computer company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Incident Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising team members monitoring critical incidents
- Applying advanced knowledge of technical/ administrative skills to leverage the skills of others
- Administering policies/ guidelines that directly affect work activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from related field or equivalent experience
- 5 + years of experience in technology industry
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
- Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
- Ability to lead and direct the successful development and implementation of new work processes or process improvements
