Job Summary

A computer company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Incident Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supervising team members monitoring critical incidents
  • Applying advanced knowledge of technical/ administrative skills to leverage the skills of others
  • Administering policies/ guidelines that directly affect work activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years of experience in technology industry
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
  • Ability to lead and direct the successful development and implementation of new work processes or process improvements
