Job Summary
A systems integration company has an open position for a Remote Incident Manager in Plano.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a point of contact for Service Desk
- Assessing the impact and urgency of incidents
- Assembling the resources necessary to achieve the resolution of Major Incidents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of Incident Management, Critical Incident Management or Major Incident Management experience
- 3+ years of ITIL experience
- Ability to provide incident documentation to appropriate service management teams
