An entertainment company is filling a position for a Remote Incident Response Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring technical operations and actively participate in all incident response activities
- Managing various communication streams including stakeholder communications (eg slack, outlook, zoom)
- Coordinating and share information or findings with IT daily
Qualifications for this position include:
- Work experience with large-scale, distributed systems
- Problem solving and analytical skill
- Broad knowledge of industry standard software tools, techniques, and practices
- Previous experience working with public clouds or on-premises solutions
