An IT service management company has a current position open for a Remote Incident Response Lead or Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collect data, analyze trends, and identify patterns of risks and vulnerabilities
  • Establish and lead Tier 1, Tier 2, and off hours support teams
  • Lead initiatives that focus on process improvements, risk mitigation, and improving customer experience

Required Skills:

  • Experience leading and managing people
  • Experience in applications and root cause analysis and incident response
  • Thorough understanding of advanced principles, theories, standards, practices, protocols, and procedures
