A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Inclusion and Diversity Lead in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing I&D solutions in which people can grow professionally regardless of background
- Creating programs to increase number and improve hiring practices for underrepresented candidates
- Partnering with Leadership to determine shared roadmaps to track progress and performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Related BS/BA degree
- 15+ years' experience of human resources, oganizational development, and I&D program implementation
- Passion for inclusion, equity and diversity
- Demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and project management
- Knowledge of inclusion and diversity best practice
