Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inclusive Excellence Advisor in Madison.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage programs and events from ideation to execution
- Provide a range of consultation services to leaders
- Provide advice and guidance on best practices associated with leading employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 10% of the time
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
- Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices policies and compliance
- Strong knowledge of cultural frameworks, values and norms, understands the dynamics of cross-cultural relationships
- Strong knowledge of organizational development and change management processes
- Demonstrated experience working with leaders to understand business strategies and impact on people
