Job Summary

An accounting and tax preparation company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Income Tax Preparation Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take calls from taxpayers with questions
  • Call clients to go over summaries of their refunds

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Have worked in capacities where excellent client relationships were formed
  • Prior experience in tax preparation with knowledge of individual, business, non-profit and estate/trust returns
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in Tax software, Excel, Word
  • Detail oriented & ability to multi-task
