Job Summary
An accounting and tax preparation company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Income Tax Preparation Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take calls from taxpayers with questions
- Call clients to go over summaries of their refunds
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have worked in capacities where excellent client relationships were formed
- Prior experience in tax preparation with knowledge of individual, business, non-profit and estate/trust returns
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Tax software, Excel, Word
- Detail oriented & ability to multi-task
