Job Summary

A water products retailer is seeking a Remote Incoming Call Center Customer Service Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining efficient rate of contacts
  • Reporting to the assigned Contact Center Lead
  • Responding to both internal and external customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A suitable environment to work unsupervised from a home office
  • A wired high speed internet connection
  • A phone line and a second monitor
  • Successful completion of a computer skills and customer service aptitude test
