Job Summary
A water products retailer is seeking a Remote Incoming Call Center Customer Service Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining efficient rate of contacts
- Reporting to the assigned Contact Center Lead
- Responding to both internal and external customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A suitable environment to work unsupervised from a home office
- A wired high speed internet connection
- A phone line and a second monitor
- Successful completion of a computer skills and customer service aptitude test
