Job Summary
An indemnity firm has a current position open for a Remote Indemnity Call Center Quality Assurance Seasonal Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Coach and mentor Quality Assurance Representatives
- Offer constructive feedback to the Quality Manager for program improvements
- Assist with resolving basic employee conflict as needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong product and regulatory knowledge
- At least one year of experience in quality assurance or a related area required
- Interpersonal/team-building skills
- Ability to present quality assurance concepts to groups
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge
