Job Summary
A business services provider is in need of a Remote Independent Homecare Coder and Documentation Reviewer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct other clinical record audits as assigned
- Conduct reviews of coding and provide recommendations
- Prepare reports as requested
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in diagnosis coding of home care records and reviewing OASIS assessments
- Must have home care experience
- EMR - EPIC experience required
- Coding certification; HCS-D or BCHH-C or ability to obtain within a year
- COS-C or HCS-O or ability to obtain within a year
