A pharmaceutical and biotechnology development company has an open position for a Remote Independent Medical Education Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and leading the annual implementation of oncology IMED function globally
- Serving as a lead member of Oncology Independent Medical Education
- Reviewing and assessing all IMED applications/proposals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in medical education in a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- BS/ BA degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
- Subject matter expertise in oncology science and healthcare delivery
- Fluency with medical communications and terminology
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and educational design
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management
