A privately-held AI-driven information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Indirect Tax Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing global transaction tax compliance process
- Analyzing sales and use tax activity for reasonableness; prepare related month end journal entries
- Assisting in responding to tax audit IDR requests
Position Requirements Include:
- 12+ years of experience working with corporate indirect tax department
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- Working knowledge of Avalara or similar transaction tax software
- Ability to recognize, understand, and analyze complex issues
- Must be well-organized, hands on and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and writing skills
