Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Individual and Family Health Plans Compliance Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing on the seven elements of a required compliance program
- Providing IFP expertise
- Driving improved compliance outcomes in top risk areas
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience working in a government, healthcare, managed care and/or health insurance environment
- Current and maintained knowledge of Federal and State legislation, legislative initiatives, and regulations
- Broad knowledge and experience navigating and influencing in a complex matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
