Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Individual and Family Plans Operation Risk Adjustment Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing training and guidance to other teams on the Risk Adjustment claims management/oversight processes
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives
• Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required with experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of Health Insurance Claims work experience
• Keen analytical and research abilities
• Knowledge of IFP Medical, IFP Dental and IFP Pharmacy is a plus
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Ability to demonstrate strong proficiency using MS Suite and other systems
