Remote Individual Giving Director

Job Summary

A non-profit career services organization has a current position open for a Remote Individual Giving Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create and manage a team of front-line major gifts officers over time
• Steward a portfolio of HNWI cultivation and opportunity development by cultivating relationships
• Develop, build, and lead the individual giving function at the company

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated ability to generate fundraising and engagement opportunities
• Experience in the HNWI-giving space
• Experience building and leading a team to meet or exceed fundraising targets
• Ability to create and execute proposals that consistently achieve targeted goals and objectives in assigned area(s)
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify and successfully pursue opportunities with assigned major gift prospects
