Job Summary

A non-profit organization for seniors and people with disabilities is filling a position for a Remote Individual Giving Manager.

Must be able to:

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual gift prospects
• Support staff in designing and implementing individual-focused fundraising efforts
• Steward new individual leads for major gifts and planned gifts

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel when necessary and applicable to engage and solicit prospects
• 5-7 years’ related experience and demonstrated success in donor stewardship
• Documented success in personally implementing multi-year cultivation strategies
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with prospective individual donors
• Ability to conduct persuasive and professional interactions with major donors
• Ability to maintain and protect highly sensitive and confidential donor information
