Remote Individual Life Underwriter
Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Individual Life Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support with the selection of risks for life insurance applicants
- Produce an acceptable mortality ratio for the company and analyze/classify applications
Qualifications Include:
- Knowledge and understanding of both the medical and non-medical aspects of life insurance and their effects on risk
- Knowledge of MIB, how it works and how to code files accordingly
- Commitment to working at least 1 hour between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. MST to overlap and correspond with team members
