A tooling and industrial materials manufacturer and distributor is in need of a Remote Industrial Materials Customer Service Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks and managing workflow
- Hire new customer service representatives
- Help customer service team build good customer relations
