Remote Industrial Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Sales Coordinator (Remote, Pacific Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain digital customer records and provide administrative support for the Technical Service Center and Sales Team
• Conduct routine data maintenance and quality assurance reviews of various company systems
• Prepare customized billing and volume reports, and provide customer support via phone and email

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
• One (1) year of relevant work experience
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow written or oral instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents related to safety and procedures
