A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Industrials Client Success Head .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Influencing lifetime value of accounts through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and ensuring overall account health
• Addressing escalated client issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate
• Collaborating with product to ensure that the Platform is delivering value and delivering a positive customer experience
