Remote Industry Programs Enterprise Product Director

Job Summary

An e-learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Industry Programs Enterprise Product Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead product planning for the Industry Program portfolio to define strategic priorities at the industry, discipline, job family level
• Design and develop programs that achieve product-market fit by meeting the needs of both learners and employers
• Shape these programs through close collaboration with customers, teams from other business lines, as well as with our university partners

Qualifications Include:

• 6+ experience leading the development of digital adult education products including extensive content/portfolio strategy experience
• Demonstrated experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs to create deep understanding of customers and elevate the voice of the customer in decisions that affect program strategy and the product experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders in a global, cross functional team
• Experience with customer development principles including customer discovery and validation
