Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Industry Recruitment Lead Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing targets for and managing a $1 million + membership recruitment budget
- Leading full cycle membership recruitment
- Preparing and tracking project plans, milestones, budgets, deliverables, reports/briefings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability or other related areas or equivalent years of experience
- At least 5 years of experience in working in the clean transportation industry
- Experience managing project scope of work and deliverables, budget, and key performance indicators
- A track record of successful business development
- Experience developing scopes of work as well as communications plans and budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
