Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Industry Underwriting Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate, conduct and document consultations and/or referrals from underwriters
- Facilitate ongoing and frequent interaction with assigned divisions and underwriters
- Act as a subject matter expert for Training, Systems Development, Product Management and other functions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Will travel to visit field offices: 25%
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience underwriting and assessing operations and risk drivers within assigned industries is essential
- Expert-level knowledge of all aspects of coverage forms
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
