Job Summary
A global biopharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Infectious Disease Vaccines Clinical Research Managerin Rahway.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring visits Reports and escalating performance issues and training needs to CRA manager and internal management
- Guiding local study teams to high performance
- Responsible for creating and executing a local risk management plan for assigned studies
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 5 years clinical research and/or clinical drug development experience
- Ability to create and execute a local risk management plan for assigned studies
- Ability to collaborate with functional outsourcing vendors, investigators, other external partners in assigned studies
- Ability to ensures compliance with CTMS, eTMF and other key systems in assigned studies
- Ability to build business relationships
