Job Summary
A computer software company specializing in call center solutions is seeking a Remote Influencer Relations Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guiding internal stakeholders on analyst engagement best practices and help prepare spokespeople
- Uncovering analyst insights on opportunities for expansion into new markets, viability and potential blockers to success
- Collaborating with the Customer Advocacy team to drive new digital-first and AI customer reviews on peer review sites, such as Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, communications, marketing, journalism, business or comparable discipline
- 7+ years' experience in analyst relations or related experience in product marketing, strategic communications, or public relations
- Experience building programs in an emerging business a plus
- Deep knowledge of and passion for enterprise analysts and influencers
- Persuasive communication skills and the desire to influence at all levels
- Relationship builder – proactive, respectful, values input and stimulates candid dialogue, positive attitude, sense of humor, relentless curiosity (and inherently interested in translating insights into usable content)
