Job Summary

An enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting firm has an open position for a Infor CloudSuite Talent Acquisition Consultant - Nationwide.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing & Configuring Talent Acquisition & Transition Management
• Utilizing Configuration Console to modify the application look and feel to align with the client’s process requirements
• Partnering with the HCM Lead for job and position design if implementing with Global HR (HR Talent)

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years experience implementing Infor Talent Acquisition
• 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes
• Experience with multi-tenant CloudSuite version of Infor GHR Talent Acquisition
• Ability to communicate with different levels of users from end users, administrative users, executive leaders & project management
