Job Summary
A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Infor S3 Senior Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Obtaining a deep understanding of products and services to develop comprehensive documentation that meets company standards
- Translating complex product information into simple and engaging content
- Writing user-friendly content supporting company Sales and Support functions, as well as evaluate current content while developing goals for improvement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, preferred; related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Knowledge of technical writing principles, practices, and standards
- Experience preparing documentation with minimal input (written or verbal) from subject matter experts, such as design engineers and program managers, to prepare initial drafts and templates
- Familiarity working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of product and documentation requirements.
- Ability to verify content meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Prior experience creating and maintaining documentation templates, layout guides, and graphics resources
