Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Information and Referral Telephonic Assessment Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Analyze requestors' needs and research available resources to meet those needs
- Make appropriate referrals to non-OAAS community services
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of one year experience in social and/or human services
- Working knowledge of and experience in Office of Aging and Adult Services
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field
