A business process outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Information and Referral Telephonic Assessment Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze requestors' needs and research available resources to meet those needs
  • Make appropriate referrals to non-OAAS community services

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of one year experience in social and/or human services
  • Working knowledge of and experience in Office of Aging and Adult Services
