Job Summary
A global information services company has an open position for a Remote Information and Software and Services Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Accurately process orders for institutional customers
- Create online access for orders processed utilizing various external platforms
- Provide invoice management to include billing queries
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to adhere to daily and monthly deadlines
- Ability to utilize CRM, fulfillment systems, email and other company approved tools
- Ability to provide support and build relationships with customers
