Job Summary
An urban development company is in need of a Remote Information Security Analyst in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing IT and security control risk assessments
- Providing direction and security control recommendations to mitigate risk and reduce risk exposure
- Assisting in the definition, coordination and implementation of security policies, procedures, and technologies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years direct information security experience
- Awareness of relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as privacy laws
- Familiarity with technical infrastructure, key processes, and technology-oriented risk issues, related to security and privacy
- Knowledge of computer networking, operating systems, application development, cloud base solutions, and information security tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences
