Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Information Security and Compliance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the information security programs including data protection
- Reviewing, developing, and updating information security and privacy policies
- Designing and executing audit procedures to assess and measure company compliance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT experience with a focus on security and compliance
- At least 1 year of experience managing compliance at a growing software company
- Significant knowledge and experience with legal, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards
- Experience coordinating tasks to complete third party assessments
- Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management
- Experience writing policies, procedures, and controls in one or more standards/frameworks
