Job Summary
An educational services and content company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Security Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fielding incoming client support requests via phone and email
- Documenting issues in support tickets and work with the client until resolution
- Identifying critical issues that need to be escalated
Qualifications Include:
- 1-3 years customer service or level 1 technical support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and able to troubleshoot software issues
