Job Summary

An educational services and content company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Security Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Fielding incoming client support requests via phone and email
  • Documenting issues in support tickets and work with the client until resolution
  • Identifying critical issues that need to be escalated

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-3 years customer service or level 1 technical support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and able to troubleshoot software issues
