An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Information Security Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing processes that promote security and protect the data privacy of customers and personnel
- Identifying opportunities and risks
- Implementing cybersecurity policies and controls
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM
- 7+ years in Information Security and Privacy or a similar role
- Experience in managing SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA certifications
- In-depth familiarity with risk methodologies and industry security-related frameworks
- Good understanding of popular application security and data-privacy standards
- Experience leading change in a dynamic environment
