Remote Information Security Specialist

Job Summary

A technology services company has an open position for a Remote Information Security Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review output and alerts from security tools
• Analyze and review security controls as they relate to organizational audit requirements
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports on data sets from several security tools

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
• 7+ years of prior relevant experience
• Advanced certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP and/or SIEM-specific training
• HITRUST, SOC2, NIST and HIPAA experience
• Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data, and other attack artifacts
• Experience developing and deploying agent based technologies
