Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company is in need of a Remote Information Systems Principal Program Release Train Engineer Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working in a Scaled Agile environment on a program or ART
  • Serving as the process expert for the program and helping educate the teams
  • Overseeing the tracking of program-level work status

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience of successful implementations of projects/programs
  • 5-10 years combined project management and/or program management experience in technology roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-portfolio dependencies
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply the SAFe Framework
  • Ability to manage efforts including greater than $5M annual internal labor cost
  • Thorough knowledge of the insurance industry
