Job Summary
A partner to the nation’s space programs has an open position for a Remote Information Systems Security Officer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing security plans for existing and new computer assets and flight hardware
- Coordinating and performing information security inspections, tests, and reviews
- Supporting the implementation and development of an organizations’ IT security
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
- Typically, 2 years of experience
- Understanding of enterprise information security, identity access management and associated technologies
- Hands-on experience with operating or maintaining cybersecurity tools
- Fundamental understanding of risk and vulnerability management
- Data gathering, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
