Job Summary
An information technology has a current position open for a Remote Information Technical Writer II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their role in making customers successful
- Create new content from concept to delivery
- Use Jira to capture and track work
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 Year/Associates or a combination of relevant experience and education
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical writer or communicator in the software industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Business level proficiency in English
- Ability to bring forward new and innovative ideas based on areas of expertise
- Ability to work collaboratively at the technical writer team level to assist and Influence other members
