Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working the aging accounts and collecting pending receivable payments from insurance companies
• Working with the team to achieve and maintain key AR benchmarks
• Calling insurance companies to settle payment discrepancies or investigate unpaid claims

Qualifications Include:

• Two years of experience in full-cycle medical billing or schooling
• Three years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines
• Healthcare compliance and terminology knowledge
• Ability to maintain focus with interruptions
• Ability to resolve payment issues and effectively follow up with insurance companies
