Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing tier 1 and tier 2 support which including troubleshooting break-fix issues
  • Evaluating, reproducing, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Proactively communicating and setting expectations with stakeholders on fixes implementation

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong understanding of and practical exposure to content transformation through the use of regular expressions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or other technical backgrounds
  • 3 + years of experience in a customer or technical support role
  • Strong people skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuous improvement practices
