Job Summary
A provider of telehealth services for education institutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology and Salesforce Enterprise Systems Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a small team of IT managers and Salesforce admins/engineers
- Prioritizing projects and tasks
- Maximizing the value of our existing infrastructure
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years people management
- 3+ years working in Salesforce with a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and administration
- 3+ years working in IT with a solid understanding of basic IT principles and best practices
- 3+ years reviewing priorities and ensuring deliverables are met
- Understanding of SaaS vendor management and contract negotiation
- Understanding of Interoperability with other systems
