Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology and Security Director.

Must be able to:

Serve as an expert advisor
Develop and mature the company’s information security program
Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats

Qualifications for this position include:

Experience in information security management, planning, and policy development in a SaaS company
Experience with developing and implementing security awareness and training programs
Demonstrated experience with various information security controls
Up to date on new tools and technologies related to information security
Strong knowledge of compliance areas, security frameworks, and SOC 2 Type II
Background in cloud security controls, security auditing techniques, general and IT system controls
