Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology and Security Director.
Must be able to:
- Serve as an expert advisor
- Develop and mature the company’s information security program
- Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in information security management, planning, and policy development in a SaaS company
- Experience with developing and implementing security awareness and training programs
- Demonstrated experience with various information security controls
- Up to date on new tools and technologies related to information security
- Strong knowledge of compliance areas, security frameworks, and SOC 2 Type II
- Background in cloud security controls, security auditing techniques, general and IT system controls
