Job Summary

A bank has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Associate Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing technical support during business hours and non-business hours on a rotating on-call basis
• Contributing toward the resolution of impactful incidents involving multiple enterprise services and components
• Responding to and fulfill customer requests as defined by management

Qualifications Include:

• Progressive knowledge pertaining to concepts and principles in functional area
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills
• Works under direction with infrequent checks
• Must have working knowledge of all record types
• Must be able to adhere to strict change control policies
• Ability to function well in an environment of multiple high priorities and implementation requirements
