Job Summary
An IT services and consulting firm is seeking a Remote Information Technology Benefits Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage day to day interactions, business reviews and report to customers in assigned customer pod
- Collect and analyze data to identify and communicate trends both internally and externally
- Respond accurately and timely to customer escalations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma
- 5-6 years of account management experience
- Must display mastery of contact center reporting tools and analysis
- Proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc…)
- Analytical skills; strong research and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task
