A security and IT operational analytics company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Benefits and Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Lead the preparation and execution of annual open enrollment
- Support the development and delivery of benefit program communication and educational materials
- Coordinate and administer various benefit and retirement programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting employee benefit programs
- Experience administering 401(k) plans
- Experience with global market analyses and benchmarking exercises
- Knowledge of compensation philosophies and people practices
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
