Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Brokerage Operations Specialist II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work directly with broker/dealer clients, fund families and internal ancillary departments on a daily basis
- Take corrective action using research and decision-making skills to resolve discrepancies
- Conduct complex research (as appropriate) to determine the best solution
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Computer experience (Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to conduct complex research (as appropriate) to determine the best solution
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
