A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for business/technical requirements on a mission critical Contact Center
- Reviewing all documents for completeness, identifies exceptions and work closely with the product team
- Working in an agile team environment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be comfortable working in an agile team environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Functional, Data or Business Analyst
- Possess the ability to present material in a clear and concise manner
