Job Summary

A property and casualty insurance company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Category Lead Sourcing and Contracting Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Proactively assessing sourcing and category opportunities
• Negotiating contract terms and performing all aspects of the contract process
• Developing and executing an overarching category strategy

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years’ experience leading IT sourcing and procurement efforts for highly complex projects
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of procurement techniques, tools, practices and principles
• Experience leading large, complex sourcing projects
• Strong negotiation skills and experience
• Experience with prioritizing projects and review with management
